i have purchased a 21" LCD TV under ewc no.0556388 dt. 15.08.2006 validity upto 15.08.2010. I was facing problem regarding circuit which is detected by the engineer, the service engineer take away the circuit along with for repairing on 30.12. 08. Afterward I made too many phone calls to the workshop incharge regularly but he always give me the another date due to non availability of spare parts in the market.

I am requested you to please look after the problem and try to solve as early as possible.
