I bought one onida color television 21 model no. jws200bl from durby electronics b-1/8 joshi colony i.p ext. delhi-92.color tv is not showing the picture in good quality..its screen is totally blurred.and i have registered a complaint to onida customer care 011-39889000 on 20th january 2011.my complaint no. is 11016726380521.but till date after keep reminding them for 3-4 times..till date no one from onida company came to check the television.its in warranty period.kindly help me..i will be thank ful to you..
