My lg led 42sl90qr is under warranty.the tvs remote was not working since 19/12/2010.i contacted to lg customer service.the technician of lgtv told us that the sencer of tv is not working and this part is out of stock.several time we contacted the customer care ,none of tecknician came to replace the parts up to date 10/01/2011.without remote how can we see the tv?kindly help me.my telephone no.
