    Default Repeating problems in Sony LCD TV

    Last month i got my Sony LCD tv KLV 32s550a repaired for picture grab. Sony Authorised service centre( Jolly electronics, karampura) told me that BG board is faulty and it will cost around Rs 7000. However i talked to main center and they replaced few resistor and chips which costed me total of Rs 1076.
    Now within one and half month, again picture is not coming properly on TV. Again i got the complaint registered and the technicians from Jolly Electronics told me that again BG board is faulty which will cost me Rs 7000. I wonder if they have same resolution for every complaint or they just want to make money without checking anything. After purchasing a TV for almost Rs 40000 and getting it repaired within 1.6 yrs twice clearly shows the quality of products being made by SONY INDIA.
    My current complaint no. is 6196575. Please help me getting my TV fixed properly.

    Default Sony lcd klv32s550a - turns green - after service

    Hi..

    I've purchased a Sony LCD TV of model KLV32S550A.. in a span of 1.2 yrs the screen turned green and contacted sony service center (CLARITY SERVICES, Chennai). They asked for Rs.11000 for service which is almost 1/3 of the TV price we then negotiated and they did service... in a span of 3 months it repeats again they are asking to pay as their service guarantee is only for 3 months ... its truly disguisting.. i think sony had lost in reputation in market they make rubbish in their factories also their after sales service is worst... Please advice wat can be done on this.?
