Dear sir

I am sumit Agarwal.I am totally disappointed from your sony LCD TV model no.:KLV-22EX300 Serial No.2350674.I had purchased this LCD TV on 28/3/10 with one year warranty..
With in 6 months It become many times out of working.:
Problems are as follows:
1. Ambient Sensor problem
2. Software problem
3. Software problem
4. Software problem
5.Software Problem
6.Softeare Problem
7.Software Problem
8.After changing the V-board again software crash.
At this moment TV is out of working.and TV is in sony service center at Ghaziabad and problem in continue but they are not giving any response regarding the replacement of TV

Therefore most of the time I can not enjoy the TV programs as well as faimly also face the problems.
Most of the time TV is in service center or out of working and payment for DishTv connection is worthless due to out of working LCD TV.Who will compensate it?Sony Company is responsible for that because Bravia Tv is most of the time out of working

However I had write many email and complaint but still problem is continue.

So my request is replace the LCD tv as soon as possible.
