Dear Sir,

My above mentioned TV set has problem since 2 weeks . I have been trying to get in touch with you customer care number , where i did not get proper response. Finally I could manage to register my complaint on 9th of Sept. My complaint reg number is 5939146. As per the confirmation from customer care person , issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Today is on 6th day and I have not recieved any call .

Hope this will be considered as important and issue will be resolved.
