Dear Sir,
I have purchased a videocon LCD from Surya Agency, on 11-12-08, when we were installing the TV with the given wall unit, but we noticed that the wall hanging unit is of some other model. We immediately called the dealer about the problem of the wall unit, at that time he assured us to change the wall unit within two days, he told us that he don’t have the extra unit because the wall unit is supplied by the company.
But after many calls and even I personally visited the showroom, still not received the changed wall unit. Its being a very long time and my TV is not in use just because of this.
Please help.
