Dear team,
I am complaning for repair of my sansui TV from last 5 months, by that time it was on warranty and nobody even bothered to turn up,despite logging complaint 3 times over phone and giving 3 reminder on mail at customercare@vgmail.in. Customer care mail stated below for reference.

This is for your update that i have a Sansui cine gold TV for which there are some problems in terms of the volume part,already complaint has been made(Complaint No.-DEL1906100834 dated:-may 2010) has been lodged and the engineer visited my place and took the mother board of the TV for 4 days and said it has been rectified and on the very same moment it didn't workout infront of the engineer.After that nothig has happened and i logged another complaint bearing no.DEL200710894 for which no action taken till time.
Request you to do the needfull asap,or else i have take some legal action by filing a case in the consumer court,as i could not watch my TV since last 2 months
