SONY LCD Bravia 32" SONY don’t go by name?
Complaint No. 8979307 LCD Bravia 32" dated 14.12.2011
Generate one number SonyIndia=008-992-998' and jobe is over.
I had purchased the LCD Bravia 32” from Surya kiran Computer, Paschim Vihar on 31.10.2010.
I had purchased this because Sony has brand and a goodwill in the market. It is costliest LCD comparative to other brand.
But I am very sorry to say that my decision was wrong, in a year and two months it is start giving problems and the limit crosses when even after 7 days (20.12.2011) no one bother about my complaint.
An engineer visit your home and from sony service centre your complaint has resolved.
They don’t have any followup or action plan what there engineers are doing.
I am doing three to four calls in service centre and they are just giving me assurance that engineer will visit in the evening.
(Persons are in the service centre: Syed, Rohan, Manmeet etc.). They have a big team to listen but for solving your problem there is shortage of engineers.
Ek dialog yaad aa gaya from film sholay “ thakur ne hinjdo ki fauj banayee hai”.
I have done a great mistake to buy Sony LCD and also helpless that I am dependent upon your engineers to repair it, so I once again requesting to send the engineer as early as possible.

Hdmi port of sony lcd 26" not working I have purchased 26" sony lcd two years ago ( warranty of lcd was one year ) . Recently i upgraded my dth connection to hd.
To my surprise and shock hdmi port of lcd was not functioning and sony service centre is asking for rs 7200 to repair the same. Can any body help me ???

I've bought a Sony bravia television 15 month ago. About 2 month agosome shadow appeared on the screen when I turn the TV on but theydisappear after some minute. But now there is a big brown shadow on thescreen and don't disappear. The screen become clear for some secondswhen I move TV.
What can I do?

Hi,
My 3 year old sony bravia is having the same issue.I checked with one of my friend who is in Samsung service.The first question he asked me was whether this TV was purchased during 2008-2009 period. He told me that 90% of Bravia TVs manufactured in 2008-2009 period is having issue with Panel or T-Con board.
I cant believe that a company like Sony is not taking steps to address this issue proactively and call back this product and fix this issue.Instead it is trying to make money out of this issue but didnt care about ruining the image of Sony. The customer investing a huge sum in procuring a product believing the brand image of sony will be upset in hearind about the cost involved in fixing this issue.

Very bad quality of sony bravia LCD KLV-32BX320 IN5,Serial no.7033204 We are not satisfied with the service and the quality of my sony bravia LCD.
Purchase of LCD is my unfortune and painful because it had a severe display problem twice in a year and i m shocked that Sony products are having this types of problems.
Henceforth i will never buy sony products in future because Sony company has broken my trust in 31 July 2012.
If you have any humanity and honesty you must extend my LCD warranty period which has just finished in 31 July 2012.
I have been trying for getting extention of warranty since last April 2012 as concerned with your service man Mr.Raju but you have not co-operated me still now so i am very anguish and angry.
I dont expect such type of attitude,behaviour and service on behalf of you sony company.
I hope you may consider these all things and must do needfull work and i hope you will contact me on this mobile no.9890454075 because i want to talk with you.
