    Dear sir / madam
    this is regarding gift voucher of your product "L.G DEWALI" offer i had purchased lg 29'' inches tv, it had a offer of reliance big tv offer,on 18/10/08 from ezone ( rajaji nagar branch, bangalore) by postponening the dates, they gave me the gift voucher on 14/11/08 , but when called call centre to activate that card & get the order no.they told that the voucher has been expired on 31/10/08, when i reverted back to ezone people one mr ravi ( sales executive mobile:9945041830 ) he refered to his senior one mrmasood mobile no: 9743634926 & when i contacted him, he told that was of LG people you should contact them, he gave the no marketing executives contact no of one mr.reehan mobile no.9986507619 & this mr passed this complaint to mr syed ( mobile no.9845782124) after two weeks, he took the matter for two weeks and passed away to mrkrishna kumar ( mobile no.9986507631 ) within the few days he could tolerate me, now iam hanging with the marketing of your L.G one me ABISHEK mobile no.9986507630now tell me where should i go , & your people have no cortesy to call back my cash bill no.T21/3638 DT.18/10/08 EZONE RAJAJI NAGAR ( BANGALORE)I HAVE NO CHANCE, I WILL FILE PETITION IN CONSUMER COURT ON L.GAND EZONE , please ende this as soon as possilbe

    Hi Shiv Kumar,
    We are receiving too many complaints against ezone, If you want to file a case against both the dealer and the parent company you should do some basic formalities so that you can attach it with your complaint as solid proof, we need some support from your side that is we need the full bill details and you mailing details. Your problem will surly get resolved. Regards,

    I HAVE PURCHASED ABOVE SAID MOBILE ON 06.09.2010 SUNDAY,THE MOBILE WAS NOT GETTING STARTED & THEN MrGANGDHAR REPLAYDE THE BATTREY BUT AGAIN THE IS NOT GETTING CHARGED & OTHER PROMBLEMS ARE AS FOLLWS
    1.BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING
    2.FM ALL STATIONS ARE NOT WORKING
    3.IF CONNECTED TO PC IT IS NOT RECOGNISING
    THE MOBILE IS BEEN HANDED OVER TO Mr GANGADHAR TO RECTIFY & SOLVE ALL THE PROMBLEMS ONLY THEN I WILL ACCEPT OTHER WISE PLEASE REPLACE WITH NOKIA 7210.

    Default complaint against shoddy service

    i had bought an AC FROM UR YOUR SHOWROOM AT sHIPRA MALL ON 29TH APRIL WITH THE REQUEST TO EITHER DELIVER THW SAME ON THAT DAY ITSELF OR ON SUNDAY THE1ST OF MAY. I TRIED CALLING YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ON SUNDAY MANY A TIME BUT I WAS INFORMED THAT SHOW ROOM PEOPLE WOULD CONTACT ME. BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AND THIS EXERCISE OF CALLING CALL CENTRE NO HAD TO BE REPEATED 3 TIMES. IT HAD TO BE DONE AS THE NO WHICH WAS GIVEN ON THE BILL WAS NON FUNCTIONAL. AS A RESULT I HAD TO VISIT UR SHOWROOM ONCE AGAIN YESTERDAY EVENING AT ABOUT 6 TO TAKE UP THE MATTER OF DELIVERY WITH THE PERSONS WHO WERE AVAILABLE THERE. YOUR PEOPLE DIDNOT HAVE EVEN THE COURTESY TO CALL A CUSTOMER . THE AC WAS DELIVERED LATE AT NIGHT WITH THE PROMISE THAT IT WOULD BE INSTALLED TODAY POSITIVELY BUT WHEN I CALLED UP AT 4 PM I WAS TOLD THAT IT CANT BE INSTALLED TODAY AND THAT IT WOULD BE INSTALLED TOMORROW WHICH MAY NEVER COME. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE BEING PROVIDED BY EZONE AND IT DEFINITELY SPEAKS POORLY OF YOUR SERVICE STANDARDS AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THAT NOTHING WOULD COME OUT OF IT.IN THIS SCENARIO I REQUEST YOU SIR TO TAKE BACK YOUR PRODUCT OR TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR STAFF FOR CREATING THIS MESS . I AM CONSTRAINED TO WRITE TO ALL SUCH FORUMS DEALING WITH THE PROBLEMS OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CHEATED LIKE THIS. I HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF THE BENEFIT OF USING THE AC EVEN AFTER SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY.
