Dear sir,
My name is Ajay Nema.I had purchased a Videocon Integra 20 lcd from Nandilath G- mart,Thiruvanathapuram-40. dated 3 aug2009, invoice no. TVM-7627.During last 10 months, my lcd breakdown three times. The respective complaint numbers registered at the toll free no 18004194040 are 3103100265, Coc 3008090194 (ph. no. registered 9037551878), and bho 0406100125, bho1006100018 (recent complaint dated 04/05/2010 ph. no registered 07552755960). Earlier my lcd was at service center for more than one month at trivandrum for complaint Coc 3008090194 . In the meanwhile I got transfered from trivandrum to bhopal .
Despite of all these complaints my lcd is still not working properly and having problem of colour blurriness. The service center person mr. vinod yadav (9893925054) had came to repair but unable to rectify the problem.He had taken away the photocopy of my lcd bill saying that he will come again and will treat this complaint as pending. I continuously contacted him every day but he every time gave me false assurance. On 10/05/2010 when I contacted the toll free no. 18004194040, and inquired about my complaint no.bho 0406100125 , I was told that my complaint was rectified by mr vinod yadav on 5/5/2010 as per his log. but reality is that my lcd is not repaired. The customer care executive suggested me to re-complaint and give me another complaint no. bho 1006100018. Now how long i can bear this faulty set given by your company.please do the needful as early a possible or I have to rely on other means to get my grievances addressed.
