We paid rs.1750/- on 15.01.10 cheque no. 404238 on mahavir agencies, jabalpur, requested them for silver package change with colour and free NDTV imagine for 9 months (1500/- silver package one year, 250/- colour) but only 1500/- is paid to dish tv account, On 27.05.10 colour tv subscrition is stopped so we contacted Mahavir Agencies as it is local Dish TV Care Center they inform us that our connection is in gold package. We clear them that we said them to change it, but they refuse it. We checked our My Account the next renewal date was coming 11.01.11, next day on 28.05.10 we received a message on dish Tv that our renewal date is 18.08.10, how can this can change. Then we call mahavir agencies again they transfer that call to our company person , we told him everything he promise to call back us on 29.05.11 before 12noon but he didn't call us. so we call them (Mahavir agencies landline no. 07614086729) asked the from the details as they are not able to give us, we asked them their convient time they (Anurag Jain) said till 09.00pm so we visit their office at 06.00pm with my daughter, After discussing everything Anurag Jain said that he will change our package and deposit the rest of the amount in our dishtv account and our silver package with colour and NDTV image till jan 2011. We came back with this assurance from Anurag Jain, after an hour his brother call us and use bad language with me and with my daughter refuse to do all that whatever anurag jain promise to us. I clearly said that im heart patient i can't come again and clear the things but using this kind of words with me and my daughter is very bad. His brother said he is the owner of the office, if he is the owner of the office why anurag jain give us time to vist his office, why he promise and accept his staff mistakes, why he didn't call his brother at that time, or make us to wait till his brother come. Anurag Jain deposited our money rs.200/- in our dishtv account today after our complaint and promise to do all the needful, If he is not the incharge how can he handle our account. we need an explaination, why dishtv is dealing with such a bad agent and creating bad impression. after this incident we called our family friends they also said bad things for Mahavir Agencies owner behaviour. So many times we requested Mahavir agencies persons to change our mobile no. but they didn't do that, it shows thier bad intensions, because if our mobile no. is registered we get message about the payments and package details.
Then we call customer care talk to Mr Deepak complaint him our complaint no. 39416606 dated 29.05.10, then we came to know that only 1500/- is deposited till today in our dish tv account. We want to know why this delay in payment. Anurag brother said he will withdraw amount from my dishtv account, we want that dishtv should withdraw his (Mahavir agencies) power to withdraw amount any amount from clients account specially my account. As per Mr. deepak our next renewal date is 22Oct 10, i feel after my complaint and mail this date will not be changed or no withdraw of amount, or upgradation will be entertain from Mahavir agencies, jabalpur. Without confirmation from me, on my mobile,
After two days no call or mail received from DishTV, now my new recharge date is 12.09.10, as that mahavir agencies withdraw the amount from my account i inform this to Mr. shubit Asst. Manager of Dishtv but no response from him, he said my complaint is resolve, i don't know without talking to customer how dishtv can resolve my complaint. As i clearly mention that without my permission mahavir agency should not withdraw any amount from my account. Im very much dis appointed with the dishtv services and the customer care persons.my new complaint no is 39500173 dated 31.05.10

DISH TV the worst nightmare as on 2nd July, 2011
I have a dish TV connection with me since last couple of years. There was no complaint in services since then. But this year is full of complaints. We have called their engineer for aligning the disk in the month of February 2011. To our shock the engineer first told us the problem is not from dish but of the set top box, then of the wire , then of the LNB then of the dish. We requested him to leave, and again requested DISH TV to send in some qualified engineer. Again the person came, fiddled around with DISH and no help. Finally a gentleman came from dish TV who aligned the dish in 5 minutes. All was working fine till about a month when we had to call the engineer again.
Last 4 months we have called the engineers every month, and every month it gets out of alignment.
I again recharged the last Saturday 02/07/200 with RS.700/- and discovered the dish is not working. I have been calling them again and again, speaking with different person at all times
-> Every time i meet a new person and have to narrate the story all over again
-> They put me on hold with nothing happening
-> They offer to call back, bu i never got any call back
-> When i do get lucky to reach so called senior - he request for 24 hours for my resolution (Nothing happening - their 24 hours has expanded to 8 days so far and i dont know how long it would go)
-> They wont return my money (Have said it clearly)
-> They are incapable to offer service
-> You waste minimum 1 hour daily calling them up and waiting anxiously for the reply.
-> Their so called engineers are not qualified and would exploit you of your ignorance/ lack of knowledge, by offering you to replace dish, or wire, or connectors or LNB or whatever.
-> They have no identification with them and can pose a serious threat to your family/ house, because the enter your premises.
-> They have no proper equipment to align the dish - maybe a set top box from Door Darshan (DD) to align your disk.
-> The way the handle your delicate equipment like LCD, cables, other attached equipments etc. would surely make other equipment losses including scratches, malfunctioning etc.
-> They wont explain the problem or what they did with your complaint - they wont explain the resolution. At the best they can offer you AMC of the dish.
TO CONCLUDEDISHTV is pure waste of money with no services.I can only say that that i want my money returned for no services offered.
A kiryana store in the neighborhood can give you better services.
I have been writing them emails, all they do is give me a reference ID and an assurance to get back to me soon. I am waiting and waitimg.So her I am reaing my voice and telling the world about the exploitation of the of the customers by DISH TV. I am using this forum to see in such hard words that i am totally fedup with the company (Pure Pain In The Neck).
This way all their customers would run and what they would say is Wished We had Better Services And then we had more customers.
