Hello Ramchandram,
As you mentioned that the customer care people are not helping you, so we suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Samsung about your problem, mention all the complaints nos. registered with customer care, attach photo copy of job sheet (If any), bill photocopy and ask them for the wall mount unit within the mentioned time period of 15-20 days.
Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you in the Consumer Forum if the Samsung will not solve the issue.
