    Default Poor Samsung Customer Care Response

    I had purchased my 32" SAMSUNG LED TV on 15th November 2009 from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad MODEL: UA32B6000
    I registered complaint at Samsung consumer support, complaint no:8412609809

    The immediate next day a technician visited my home with zero knowledge to setup my LED television, he leaves saying the a better technician is going to visit tomorrow. The next day another technician visits my home asking whether we need a wall mount (which comes free with every purchase of LCD/LED television), while leaving after setting up my television and said another technician will come and install the wall mount.

    Until then i have been calling the customer care every week asking for the wall mount, it has been more than a month no one turned up. Today when i called the customer care the guy says that the status of the complaint is "Wall mount Done", i was shocked. The Support guy then re-registered the complaint with the same number, Now i am waiting to see how many days this is going to take?

    This really shows how poor the communication is between the technicians and the customer support guys/Seniors.

    Until now we have not got any call from any of samsung technicians.

    Hello Ramchandram,

    As you mentioned that the customer care people are not helping you, so we suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Samsung about your problem, mention all the complaints nos. registered with customer care, attach photo copy of job sheet (If any), bill photocopy and ask them for the wall mount unit within the mentioned time period of 15-20 days.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you in the Consumer Forum if the Samsung will not solve the issue.

    Default complaint regarding my i8910HD phone

    sir i bought my i8910 HD , six month ago , of price Rs 28000 since beginning it has some problem with speaker since than ,on last week of march i apparoched cutomer care they said speaker of phone is faulty & will be replaced by them & they will call me when speaker will arrive to them , i dont know that why they dont keep speaker in there stock , ok .
    I gone thrice at there customer care center , and it has been more than month every time i go there they say that , as soon as they get speaker for my phone they will contact me , they never called ,moreover when u call they never pick the phone, its really pathetic i give u there customer care ph no. 01725067187-68, i gaurantee u they will never pic yr phone

    Thumbs down software not working provided by you in the phone box

    my cell model is samsung s-5620 ( MONTE) . I loaded the software in my computer but after installation it shows the device is not connected. I make complaint to the customer care but i got no response from them untill today ( more than 15 days).

    Default LCD Complaint

    I have purchased an Samsung LCD TV (model-la26C450) from Ghose Brothers Guwahati on 28th of June'2010. Now the LCD have given power related problems like it automatically turned off etc. I informed to customer care and they send one person whodoes not solve the problem just saying that some panel of the LCD has damaged. After that i again contact with customer care telling that i want a replacement of the LCD. But till today there is no response from samsung. I have faced trouble. Kindly ensure when you are going to replace the LCD.

    Default Battery Charging Issue !

    I bought a Samsung C3200 Metro yesterday.\r\nI know the first charge takes longer time than usual, but the problem is I did notget full battery recharge notification even after a whole 10hrs of continuous charging.it however showed full battery when in the morning(after the entire 10 hrs) i switched it off & kept it plugged in for another 15 mins.

    Default Not responding by Samsung custoerm complaint

    Sir,

    I have purchased a Samsung mobile of model E 840 some 3 years back. The battery charging socket has given twice and I ahve repalced the same by paying Rs 550.00 per socket on each time. On all the time I have contacted Samsung over phone regarding this problem and they have expalined that this is due to mal operation done by me.Again the socket has faied and I have handed over the same to their authorised service centre at Erode, in Tamilnadu some 15 days back. Whenever I am phoning to them the reply is the spares not available . Is it the service minded persons reply to the customer.

    I have also made a complaint to their principles and the result is only one nuber allotted for the complaint and there is no further improvement. My complaint number is 2005500741. I am eagerly waiting to receive a reply but till dateno reply.

    This is how a reputed service oriented ??????????????????? company's service in India.

    Mumbai: Looks like it’s about time that celebrities start thinking seriously about the brands they endorse for actor Aamir Khan is in a soup of sorts for promoting a popular phone brand.

    The actor has been sued by a disgruntle Samsung mobile user after some parts of the instrument were found faulty and the owner refused to replace the handset. And instead of appealing to the consumer court, the enraged consumer, Harmender Singh went ahead and filed a complaint against actor Aamir Khan, who endorses the brand.

    Story goes that Hemendra Singh, a resident of Shriganganagar in Rajasthan had bought a Samsung cellphone in April this year from a local dealer. But when he faced problems with the phone and the dealer refused to replace the said handset, Singh decided to hold Aamir Khan responsible.

    As per reports, in his affidavit, Singh has claimed that he bought the cellphone only because Khan endorsed it. Talking to a news daily, Singh said, “I am a fan of Aamir Khan and I believed his claim (advertisement) and bought the handset.”

    And as per the law, a magistrate has issued a summon to the actor asking him to be present before the court on November 29. Singh also claims to have sent a legal notice to Aamir`s residence on August 20, 2010.

    Talking to a daily, Singh`s lawyer, Rajesh Kumar Luna said, “Aamir is the brand ambassador of the product and as the handset was substandard the court has issued a notice to him.”

    According to the “Warranty” agreements, the services must be free of

    Is with mother board .
    Please understand my position ,its been hard to survive and buy
    A cell and keep on spending money behind it..

    SIR, LAST YEAR SAMSUNG CAME WITH A SCHEME WITH THEIR LCD 32" TV MODEL AT A PRICE Rs29,000.00 WITH FREE DTH (AIRTEL) SET UPS AND A TATA PHOTON PLUS. FIRST OF ALL THEY DIDN'T GAVE THE FREE BEEIES. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT DURING DIWALI 2010. I CONSTANTLY NAGGED BEHIND THEM SINCE THEN. ULTIMATELY AFTER MUCH TOM FOOLERY PLAYS, THEY GAVE THE DTH(AIRTEL) BUT THEY ASKED US FOR Rs500.00 FOR ACTIVATION CHARGES. I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT IF THEY ARE CHARGING Rs500 AS ACTIVATION FEE THEN WHATS FREE BEEIES IN IT. ALREADY NOW A DAYS YOU GET OTHER DTHS AT AS LOW AS Rs300-400. ANY WAYS WE PAID Rs500 FOR DTH AIRTEL. NOW THE SECOND PART IS FURTHER MORE INTERESTING. ITS NOW OVER 5MONTHS THE SECOND FREE OFFER HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED e.i. TATA PHOTON PLUS. THE DEALER IS SAYING THAT IF YOU TAKE TATA PHOTON PLUS THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs1000 AS ACTIVATION FEE. BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TILL DAY EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS.THEN I SOME HOW MANAGED TO GET THE NUMBER OF THEIR AREA MANAGER AT RAIPUR CG Mr. AMRITH MOB: +919993596271. I EXPLAINED HIM IN DETAILS TO HIM AND SAID THAT I DO NOT WANT TO GET THE FREE BEEIES FROM SAMSUNG, BUT WANT CASH AGAINST THE SAME e.i. Rs2500(MARKET PRICE OF TATA PHOTON +) FROM SAMSUNG. HE SAID OK HE WILL ARRANGE THE AMOUNT FOR ME. IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO AND HALF MONTHS THAT HE PROMISED ME TO PAY.BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT PAID ME.     Default Attending complient of Faulty Refrigarator

    I have purchase Samsung Fridge on 11.7.2006 Model no RT 28 GVPS P/Stain on 8.10.2010 I made a complaient No 8408658903 some come and not attending my complient after too many discussion on 12.10.2010 they change the compressure with some faulty condition your mechanic made too many welding done the work and he said now it is ok no problem and charging Rs 1250 .1.5.2011 the same problem again come the fridge was not cooling I again made complaint No 8431994370. 2.5.2011 mechanic come to check fridge and told compressore problem. On 3.5.2011 the same mewchanic come to check the fridge and gas leak on the compressor again you ghave to pay Rs 1250. He done the job and take Rs 1250 on recpt No 2126. What is my mistake Why I am paying the charges for your non standard work and materials.
