We all friends (Service persons) are living together in a rented Home and purchased a Second hand Akai TV (21'') from local vendor named Sagar Electronics Pune. However TV was working in his shop, but not worked single times in our Home. We had already faced such problem in our pervious Second hand Tv and decided to give back. We gave back and ask for refunding. He did not say not for refunding directly but were giving false promises to give by day after tomorrow and after a week and finally he gave one cheque of Rs. 4000. But that cheque was dishonored by bank and bounce back with Rs.110 fine in my account.
When we went there shop, he refused to give money back.

Please help me what should I do for this arogent shop keeper?
