I had given my philips 14" t.v to the authorised Philips Service Centre at Kamal Apt, 1st Floor, Canada Corner, Sharanpur Road, Nashik - 422005.

I was told that as the problem was due to faulty electric supply it will cost us around Rs.200-250 only.

The people at the service centre took more than 20 days and told me that they will have to get an IC from Pune and so they are waiting for the courier to come.

I waited for their call but as was expected they never called.
Finally, on 7th December 2009, i visited the place and i was told that whole "kit" needs to be replaced and it will cost me Rs.2000. They had probably changed the parts of our kit and were now asking us Rs.2000 instead of Rs.200 as told before.

" THE PEOPLE AT THE SERVICE CENTRE INSITED THAT WE PUT A CHINESE MADE KIT INSTEAD OF A ORIGINAL PHILIPS KIT"

The names of the concerned persons are Mrs.Joshi, Mr.Kulkarni & Mr.Pathan.
