Hi,

I bought Samsung LCD 32" TV from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad arround 1.5 years back on
19.04.2008 in Rs.47,500. Model No. is la32r81-w/m. Now I am facing the problem where display is completely gone :@, just sound is coming. I lodged a complaint in Reliance Digital and they forwarded the compalint to Samsung. In response an Engineer from Samsung side has visited to our place and before seeing the actual problem (on phone itself), he was quite sure about the parts which have to be replaced either PCB or Panel(which indicates that they are also aware of this problem). After verifying, he declared that Panel is to be chaged and it would cost arround Rs 25,000(Panel cost)+ 1,000(servicing charge)+taxes. And that fellow has given us an advice of buying a new TV instead of repairing the existing (This sounds disgusting, how can they take it so lightly as its a huge amount for a middle class people).

Kindly look in to this issue and pls get it resolved at earliest. Looking forward to your resonse.
