I bought a Refrigerator about a year back. We were out of country for 6 months and after our return we noticed that the double door fridge we bought has some noise from the freezer. Immediately We lodged a complaint and the service center sent a guy to rectify the problem. It was Ok for a month but later on it started giving the same sound and this happened for almost 6times. Your Head office from China and Local incharge visited us and saw the problem and they said they will replace some part and if it doesnt work, they promised that they will replace my fridge. From the last 7months 7times the techinicians have come and saw this problem but the problem has not been rectified. We have paid such a huge money for the refrigerator and within 6months of the purchase, if the quality of the fridge is so substandard, how can we recommend your refrigerator to anyone or what is the guarantee for the LG Company? This is very frustrating and We will be soon filing a case in consumer court and I hope LG will do a proper service before it goes to the court.
