I would like to draw your attention towards my problem in repairing of my CTV of "LG Electronics". I brought a "LG CTV Ultra Slim Model No. 21FU8RGE, SERIAL No. 903NLWT021009" on 08/06/2009. On 20/09/2009 it went out of order. For repairing of my CTV i contact to my retailer "M/s Sudha Electronics, Bakser (G. Bad.)", he told me that your problem will short out in three or four days and if any Engineer of LG company will come then i'ill send him to you. But I haven't found my CTV repaired then on 29/09/2009 it did online complaint registration, complaint No. was 3200920090 and I got an SMS on my mobile containing that you will got a call from our Engineer within 24 hrs and i haven't got any call even for 48 hrs then again i call to your Custmer Care No. regarding this problem then after 24 hrs i got a call from your Engineer they came and first time they took only decission that this part of your TV is damaged and we will repair it within 2 or 3 days and now they haven;t come for four or five days. In the mean while i did again complaint then finally they came and this time they took a decission that your Picture tube is damaged and next time we will replace it. Now this time it became one whole week they haven't came then i did a call to customer care no. about bad service one of the Floor Manager Miss Deepa assured me that within 72 working hrs you will got your TV in working condition and after that i haven;t got my TV in working condition within 72 working hrs, then on last saturday on 25/10/2009 your Engineer came with a picture tube that was a wrong one not mached with our Model No. for this, Engineer made a special visit to note the Model No then they are doing such kind of fault and one thing that picture tube was not of LG comany. Now it became one month and i havn't got my TV repair and Engineer of LG company using a local material for my TV. So i want my TV replaced not repaired, for all this i did many calls to CC No. they haven't give any response to me and they have cutt down my phone three or four times. On 27/10/09 i did a mail to LG customer care service they gave a reply that we have forwarded your query to your branch office so that an immediate action can be taken. Now it's become more than one month & i want a parmanant solution for that and my TV replaced. All the requested id No. which i got on my Mobile are C09A0207813, C09A1100561, C09A1420960, C09A2314431. Please solve my problem.
