No action taken by samsung india for the replacement of new t.v. Which was fault
within 30 mintus.
For your information a t v set model 21" ultra slim fit was bought from anugrah
electron ices,21-23 harlal market e-1 pocket sec 7 rohini on dated 19/10/8 (
bill no 3509 ).that set was get faulted within 30 minutes after use . Very next
morning we have complaint to dealer and samsung costumer care 011-30308282. My
complaint no is 8408560031, on in evening the service engineer has come to my
home and he has said that it is damage due to short sr kit . We agree to
replace with new one for that particular.
Friends i m daily talking to sam sung india and i also give the reminder to them
but yet not any action has been taken.
Therefore dear friends kindly circulate to this messages to everyone regarding
the after sale service of sam sung india for the awareness of every com men
people .
