    Default Complaining ezone retail outlet in karol bagh for not giving 5% cash back.



    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have purchased LG LCD 26" inch from ezone
    india retail outlet in karol bagh on 25th May, 2009 and according to
    the LCD scheme at that time, I am supposed to get 5% cash back on MRP
    of Rs 25,450 (approx and near by amt.) at the time of purchase only as
    Delhi entered semifinal of IPL in the month of May. The departmental
    manager Mr. Suman das told me that the coupon will be cauriered to my
    address asap but I haven't received that till now and its been four
    months and ten days now.

    This is my humble request to you to look into the matter and arrange
    me the coupon of Rs 1300(approx) ASAP.

    Hoping this will be done soon.

    Exclamation Poor service and no time Management...

    I am feeling very sorry to say that E-Zone have such a Big shop with good name but the services I felt and experienced is very very bad.

    I visited to E-Zone, Karol Bagh, Delhi on 2nd May to purchase a Cooler (make Bajaj)... and I didnt get proper response from saleman... further I called and asked to one of the sales Man about the same and Purchased also finally...

    I was told that COOLER will be delivered on 4th May by 2-5 pm... so I was waiting for the same but when no one turns up I called at 6 pm to ur store and after so many calls someone picked up phone and passed on to Mr Manish... While Talking to Manish he asked mke to be in line to check the staus and talking to some other fellow for almost 5 minutes....

    Again I cut phone and called him and asked for the status and he replied it'll be coming to ur home, it's on the way... I wated till 8:30 and phoned once again... so many calls passed on and after so much of stugge aome one picked call and informed me that it is due to No entry you didnt get cooler but it'll come by 9:30 pm... i waited till 10:30 but no cooler... shops closed so no chance of picking calls even during working time no ones pick phjone...

    Now i am writing this mail after getting frustrated bcoz till now I've not recieved it... and they have made me to wait for so long... they kept me to be in dark... intension was just to not telling the truth...

    Do they think that people are so jobless and to wait for long leaving all his work...

    so shameful...

    Hereafter i'll never bye things from E-Zone store and I'll never ask anyone to turn to their shop also...

    If this conntinue then a day will be there when no customer will come to you...

    so they should know one thing that "satisfied customer is a very good marketing person"
