I CHANGE THE NEW PICTURE TUBE LG TV & AST ,TRANSITOR LG CHANGE THE SPARE-PART OF THIS TV,BUT THE TV IS NOT WORKING IT.I AM PAID 3010=00 (THREE THOUSAND TEN RUPESS ONLY) SAMARTH SERVICE CENTER,A.NAGAR DATED 15-10-2009 THIS IS ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. THEY DO NOT COPERATE IT.

Kindly forward your written complaints to the head office of the Videocon Co., to get the help regarding after sales services for the products.

Sir .ihave purchased onida ctv in aug 2009from bazaz electronics hyd. The set is faulty and dark green yellow patches are appearing on the screen and several complaints are forwarded. They have changed the degausser at home and when the problem persisted service center techies took it back and they have returned ssetafter 4days stating they have replaced picture tube . But still we are facing the same problem.
I lost faith on onida tv and i expect my money to be refunded as the sent developed problems with in short time muchbefore the warranty period .

Kindly register my complaint and advise.
