Samsung LCD Tv was bought by us on 27th July 2008 with one year warranty.
The LCD panel went faulty only after 6 month.
Since it was within warranty so they changed the panel free of cost.
After 6 mnth again same problem of LCD panel fault - Since warranty has expired one month back so they are charging us Rs. 25 Thousand to repair it.
Imagine the logic : LCD TV bought for Rs. 35 thousand. After 6 month it became faulty and the panel was changed. Again after 6 month same problem came and now we have to pay almost the same amount for which we bought the LCD.
On asking why such problem is coming again and again they are telling us that LCD TVs are not successful in India , specially in Noida...

i am to having a Samsung LCD Tv. I am repair it twice. but still it is giving the problem.
We have taken samsung plasma tv 42" model no.42c75m dated 25/03/07 from vijay sales thane @rs.74,990/-
during selecting the model company given the product imformation,the live for the tv is atleast 10000hr to 12000hr , on this imfomation we have selected the samsung model which name is branded in the market.
With in one year feb,08 panel of the tv went faulty & tv was not working, after register the complent with samsung,service engineer is given the replacement of panel depite our demand to change the complet tv set which is defective piece, the company not given the same.
Now once again after 1.5 year the panel of tv went faulty, after register the complent with samsung ,service engineer told us to replace the panel which having a defect & the cost of rs.35000/- to be pay by us.
I told to company to replace the same at free of cost as the tv set is defected pice from starting & the company promises the life of tv is 10000hr to 12000hr & my utilization of tv is 2 hr dayly my total uses of tv is 1095hr as on.
As such a braded company doing the faluse promises to customer to sell the product & attaract the coustmers.
I am apeling to consumer court to give the justice for free replacement fom company.
Also apealing to take strict action against the m/s. Samsung company who will cheating to coustmer & giving faulse promises & information to the costmers & in the market.

I brought a Samsung LCD 26'' on july 27th 2009, from the second day my LCD is not working properly because of the color Distortion, i am calling Samsung customer care from to date, as per them the part is not available. I requested them to change the LCD itself but they are not willing to do the same. Brought the LCD from Vijaya sales i given complates to them also no feedback i am tired. from last 2 months my TV is sitting Ideal I put money to watch TV but now its a show piece to me.

I bought a Samsung 40" LCD TV around 18 months back and suddenly it started showing vertical lines on the screen. I called the samsung technician and they opened the set and came up with a solution that the panel is faulty and needs to be replaced which will cost me 26000. I had purchased the LCD for 60000 and now I have to pay 26000 to get the panel replaced.
Please help and advise how do i get this problem solved. There are lot of consumer who are facing this problem. Need to get a definite solution.

I have purchased a Samsung LED 40" tv 2.5 yrs back for Rs. 77,000/-. It has stopped working and engineer has visited and informed screen has to be replaced. Estimate he has given is Rs. 30,000/- and no warranty even after replacement of screen. Quality of TV seems to be very poor.
Nobody is responding and i am fed up. I will never recommend Samsung LCD/LED TV to anyone.
My neighbours have bought many LED of different companies and they are working fine.
