I am Dinesh Kumar Dwivedi.I have purchased Samung Ultra slim
color TV on 28-10-2008
From Asha & company
Allahabad(UP).I am facing problem since then like one side sound not working
and not working Easy view function which is a feature of this model number.
They have not given me any service and when I call him they reply it is not our
problem and your kanpur Samsung service center will solve your problem.kanpur
Samsung service center ask problem only by phone and do not giving home service
and check himself what exactly is happening.My warnty period is about to go and
i am unable to solve my problem.Please help me I can’t do nothing except
complain.
