i have same problems like urs but i purchsed TV online site koovs. samsung was forced to solve my problems within 24 hrs.

I bought LCD TV (Model no:LA32D550K1RMXL) on 19-May-2012 from Croma (Bangalore). Till 17-06-2012 it''s working fine. But on 17-06-2012 it suddenly went off, after trying some exercise the power ON LED (Red colour) is on, but after that there is no display.
For this i have registered the complaint in Samsung customer care(8442553490 - complaint number). They said within 24hrs, the service engineer will come and check the issue. but after 48hrs also no one came, then finally one person came on after 48 hrs, for that i called the Samsung customer care more than 15 times, even though there is no proper response from Samsung customer care.
After checkup, service engineer told that, need to replace the LCD TV. Again i called on 21.JUNE.2012 samsung customer service bangalore, and i went kasthurba road, service centre, they said, within 2 days we will deliver the product. again i called 25th June 2012 again they said, within 27th of june we will deliver the product.
I don't know, whether i will get the replacement. i spent more than 30K.
Very worst service center.
