I had recently visited madurai , TN and booked a return ticket to Bangalore online and my ticket ref number is TE7F69597846(PNR number is 1794832) and my seat number was 8U and my date of journey 16th June 2012.boarding place was at periyar bus stand.


Bus left at 21:45 (bus number was KA 42 6815) heading towards bangalore , later due to some technical issue with the bus, the bus was stopped at 00:30 midnight at Karur. When we asked the driver, he said that there will be alternative bus in half and hour but the bus did not come untill 6:30 m in the morning. we were mentally disturbed and couldn't go to my office at 8am .


There was my Aunt(60yrs) and uncle(70 yrs) who were travelling with 6 years old kid(grandson). My uncle was suffering from urinary problem , he was totally ill.


I wanted to lodge a complaint against SRS trvels.
