I purchased a luxury bus ticket from payal travels rajnandgaon to jagdalpur but dat agent gave me seat in local bus with its uncharged battery without headlite, we went for durg 30km at 7pm risking our lives, bus no was 'cg 07 e 0547' n reach dere at 9 pm,until den the payal travels luxury bus had gone , and when i asked for refund at durg bus stand from payal travels agent the fat man started missbehaving with me raising his voice and din't gave me full refund , and i had to go back to rajnandgaon , i want to ask when i wil get my refund ,my name-kushal , mobile no- 9039957656 rajnandgaon , chattisgarh,
