I and my friends were shifting hostel from ambattur to Thoraipakkam. So in order to take things safely we booked call taxi froom Fasttrack. Intially the information gave by their customer service executive was the rent was hourly basis and that we can take it as 100 rs per hr.We clearly stated that we are shifting hostel. The taxi was on time but the meter was already on 100 rs. When i enquired about the meter the driver told its correct and it will start only from 100 later we can see. We trusted fast track service blindly. it took one and half hour to travel from ambattur to thoraipakkam.In between we had a toll gate to pass. Even in that it was only we who took the ticket. when we told we have booked only for drop. He insisted us to get a two way pass in toll. Still we did that. we calculate it as 150+50(rent+driver beta).We did not see that and gave him 150. He started yelling at all of us badly.
Shockingly the amount on the meter reading was 500. We called the customer care executive again. when we informed them about all that happened the lady who spoke to me told u have to pay the amount that reads on the meter. Ill ask the driver to refund the money u spent on toll but nothing happened sonething like that. The driver behaved the worst way he can behave in front of a ladies hostel.
When we called the customer service back asking about the refund of money the thing that happened was either they don't attend the call or they tell they are enquiring about that and will let us know once the enquiry gets done. Three months passed but still no response from their side.
