we had booked 2 aarya taxi on 24th dec for 25th dec from Tilaknagar , chembur to Mumbai central railway station. My booking reference number was 1000171287 for 25.12.2011. at 21.15 p.m.They said they will be sending cab details 50 min before pick up. on 25.12.2011 they had sent a sms that their vehicle is not available. when i contacted them they say sorry we can't sent any vehicle.
if this is the possition that a person books a vehicle 24hrs in advance.& on last moment we get get this answers what should we do? what compensation will the company give due to this reason my outsation train that i have to catch will be missed.
