I had booked a taxi to BAIL from nagarbavi on 2nd jan 2011 at morning 4 O Clock from Karnataka Tourism. The taxi didn't arrived till 4am and when given a call to the driver he told casually that he is somewhere else and it will take half an hour to reach there. Due to this negligence i was about to miss my flight and it would have costed me Rs 40000 at once. The action should be taken against the defaulter
