Complaint Against Mega Cabs Mumbai MEGA CABS OR MEGA FARCE!!!
I wish to complaint against the Radio Taxi service provided by Mega Cabs. On 1st December 2011 I had made a booking vide my booking number B000454 for a taxi pickup from Malad to Wadala at 6:00 p.m. I received an alert at 5:40p.m. that the Taxi bearing Regn. No. MH-03-F-9606 chauffeured by Prabhakar Amarnath Pandey cell number 9890070169 would reach as scheduled. I received a call from the chauffeur from the same number at 6:10 p.m. stating that he was stuck in traffic near In Orbit Mall (Malad W) and would take some time to reach, to which I had no problem. On reaching my place at about 6:30 p.m. the chauffeur once again called me, I asked him very politely to wait and would be down in 10-15 mins. When I reached down I found the cab missing. Our building security guards told me that the cab didnot even wait for 5 minutes and left. I called the chaffeur on his cell and he rudely informed me that since I didnot meet his time he left to attend some other customer. He asked me to complaint to the call centre (which he definitely knew would bear no fruit whatsoever). As I called the call-centre on 42424242 the executive there informed me that since the driver had some other commitment he left since we were running late. He said I was free to complaint and they would "revert" back to me after 2 days. I missed my important appointment and the worse thing is that the people at Megacabs are not even apologetic about the issue. I would never ever call them ever again

MegaCabs & their drivers I booked a cab today by Megacab to travel within Gurgaon. Booking was for 9:40 am and its 10:20 am already. the guy has been calling me from different corners of the city and claiming that he's stuck in traffic. but given the locations he has been mentioning, which by no way make a route to my house, i know that he has been picking up fare from the road and making money on the side before reaching me. I am already late for my meeting and have no option because canceling and booking any other cab service would mean further delay as no cab would reach me immediately.
these services charge you for making their cab wait, but there is no accountability on their part if their cabs are delayed. there should be a rule for them to compensate if they reach late because they cause much more monetary and emotional cost to the customer.

These guys are really providing such a bad service, they should take care of their clients , but here everything is happening so strange.
First of all after booking cab , client has to do followup for car , sms , services, driver details and all.
These guys doesnt even bothered to send sms of car booking or driver's details on time to clients.
I had booked one cab on 01/06/2012 for 6 pm for my boss to drop him to domestic airport from his residence Malad.
These guys have taken the request , but he didnt get any sms for booking confirmation ,more over till 6 o'clk he didn't get any sms of driver's & car details , and the worst part is that that by 6 o'cl sharp driver is calling my Boss and informing him that car is break down , so now he can't come , he will send other car by 6.45 pm , and that too not sure, may be car will come or may not, this is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy disgusting, i don't know why this service is still open , please do not provide this kind of services to anybody and please close your Mega Cabs company.i am not going to call this ever again in my life , nor i will suggest this to anybody, very very disgusting.

Complaint against mega cab I booked a mega cab on 4th july which was confirmed from lm-my mega by sms .booking no. Bom0036 for july 5th -2012 09:30 am travelling from kalyan to bandra terminal for my sister ,brother in law and two kids .all the terms and conditions told by there representative were accepted .which was as under
1.first kilometre rs. 24 after that rs 17/- per kilometre
2.waiting rs 50/- for 30 minutes.
3. Cancellation within 60 mints from 9:30 rs 100/- as cancellation charges .
He has to intimate me at 9:00am to get ready .our's was reservation from bandra to jalandhar city in 3rd ac in paschim exp. Departure time 11:30am .
It was raining since early morning and we were ready at 9:00am waiting for their call . At 9:00am mr. Nitin as he told his name told me that we have no cab right now .we can provide you cab from new mumbai at 10:30am by which it was not possible to reach station in time .i requested nitin but he refused to provide taxi in time .i live at madhav sankalp khadakpada kalyan west.here texi service is not available. After trying much i got a private taxi for rs 1500/- at 10:15am . But we missed the train due to rain and jam in way and came back in same taxi and paid rs 2500/-.our reservation tickets cost rs4000/-.after that i booked four seats in tatkal for 6th july because schools of the kids started on 9th july .so i beared loss rs 1200 for tatkal total 7700/- due to mega cab harassment tension and unnecessary expenses of rs 7700/- went from my pocket .please take necessary action so that interest of a customer of middle class like me be protected .
I shall be thankful for action and thereafter intimation to me

Complaints. To whomes ever it may concern...............................
Respected Sir,
I have booked a Cab from Mega Cab on 15th august night and they confirm me that my cab will reach my place on 16th morning by 8.30am. On 16th morning when i call mega cab at 8.25am they inform me that my cab was cancelled due to braek down of the cab. Then i recorded my intraction with the concern telecaller and kept in my mobile for legal use. I have few questions to ask, if the cab was cancelled then why mega cab was not inform me in time??? Due to no information i was reach my office late for which i was penalise. Who is responsible for the same. I want action to be taken against concern otherities other wise i will go to the consumer court with the recording version of you executive. As a regular customer of mega cab i dont like these type of behaviour of mega cab.

Yes when we will promise with himself about now we will not take any service from them then they will understand why customers are not taking our services now.
