Hi This is Suresh currently residing at Chennai, Adambakkam, I booked a cab of fast track to outstation Andhra up&down.
They sent a junk cab and a arrogant driver. Up journey was quite okay, while returning back to Chennai the cab brokedown at Gummidipundi 70KM away from
Chennai, driver kept him self repairing the cab without informing anything to us just stopping the cab on road side. after waiting for
1 hour I called up FASTTRACK guys they sent another vehicle after 1 hr (my waiting time with my family&kids 2 hours on highway) who cahrged local tariff extra of 400/-.
They told the driver of first cab will be returning extra charged money back where I kept calling for a week no response from FASTRACK and no money return back and extra calling charges.

FAST TRACK @ CHENNAI who already earned very good name is the worest cab providers.
They just blame drivers he is fasttrack attached driver and one more info is FASTRACK is just phone exchange type they doesn't have even one cab of its own.
