I had booked EASY CAB on 26th august 2011,to travel to kalyan from bhandup for 27th August 2011 at 3.30 pm.I got a confirmation saying via sms " Dear Customer, Your EasyCabs Booking ID for 27th August 15:30 is A082700162. Thank you for choosing EasyCabs".
We called easy cab to confirm the bookings and we were said that driver details would be sent but we did not receive anything.On 27th june at 3.15pm we received an sms " Dear Customer, due to a technical error, we are unable to service booking no. A082700162.I called up the customer service and the executive concerned Ms meena replied that no cars were available and they will be able to send another car at 1620.But again there was the same sms that due to technical error they cannot send the car.
Inspite of booking the cars 24 hrs prior to departure,if they cant supply adequate cars I think they should stop their services as this is causing people torture of arranging last minute vehicals specially when old peoples are travelling.The executive concerned was rude and she said this is just an ID number and not the confirmation.If an ID number is given people are under the wrong impression bookings are confirmed and inspite of calling them 1 hour before the pick up and afer getting confirmtion from their side this is a very ugly scene,Where do we go for last moment cabs.Please teach them a lesson so that this practise of theirs does not become more frequent
