I booked a cab of smart cab to go from Gurgaon sector17C to IGI Terminal 3 around 11AM on 29th Jan 2011 for 6:30AM 30th Jan 2011.
I got a confirmation on call as well as through SMS and my booking id was 55562. I also received driver details via SMS 30min prior but the driver didn't turn up. His phone was switched off and when I tried office number it was also not working.
Due to this I missed my flight as was not able to reach on time and then had to book a new ticket which costed me 6032INR whereas my last ticket was of 3200INR+. 2700 around was returned to me after cutting 500INR as cancellation charges.
I need to lodge a complain against smartcab for their lack of service which costed me metal tension, time and around 3400INR.
