I booked a cab from Easy Cab, Bangalore for my parents. I booked it for 17 June, 2010 and made the booking on 16th June, 2010.

Just before 30 Minutes from my parents pick-up we got an sms saying your booking got canceled. I contact to their customer care immediately to know the reason but they disconnect the phone in between. After 2 minutes I got sms for the confirmation of our booking with details. Right after 2 minutes I got another sms saying it got canceled again because of unavailability of cab in my area. Earlier it was confirmed with Booking Id B000226.

I couldn't made any other booking for my parents. Since they are new to the city it was difficult for them to reach the desired place. They took auto (though this is not convenient for them but they didn't have any other option).

This is very bad from Easy Cab's part. First they are confirming and at last minute they canceling their conformation. Their customer care disconnect the call in between and showed no response. This is height of ignorance. I don't know how this company is able to manage their customers.

They should have provided us with some alternate solution; after-all it was their fault but they didn't even bother to call us nor they felt any sorry for the inconvenienced caused to us. They are fooling people.

Guys!! Please please please never use their service. I was talking to my colleagues and came to know they had the similar experience with Easy Cabs before. Please use some other car rental service (any decent who cares for its customers) and please avoid their crappy service.

I have all the conversation (sms) of my confirmation and cancellation at last minute. Please share If somebody has similar experience as I am planning to take some action against them.
