I had a booking at 5.15am today. Cab arrived 15 minutes late. I was forced to miss my train.Your travel desk didnt even have the courtesy to drop me back. Said there was no cab available in the region. I was told i'll be sent a mail. Even that facility was drwan back from me.
You have just held me to ransom. Its the worst cab service in the world. This is terrorism. I would like to log a complaint with the Consumer court
