    Angry Cancellation without information - Easy Cabs

    I booked the cab in the after noon to Bangalore Corporation for 8.30 pm the same evening. I got a confirmation SMS stating the same. Pl.find below confirmation SMS for your review

    In the evening we were waiting until 8:30 pm and the cab didn’t turn up. Then I called up Easy Cabs number 43434343 again to find out what is the matter but response was so arrogant!!! Especially a lady. The recorded mobile conversation will reach the media of Bangalore within couple of days. Because of this problem, we miss the package tour to Tirupathi which is a massive loss for me .



    I have booked Easy cab services hundreds of times. This is the second bad experience from easy cabs.


    How could I lodge a complaint against the callous attitude of the Easy Cabs. Your organization get full marks for deceit and hoodwinking attitude.

    Can I see some action against the call center executives and by when?

    Default Worst cab service ever - Easycabs

    I had a booking at 5.15am today. Cab arrived 15 minutes late. I was forced to miss my train.Your travel desk didnt even have the courtesy to drop me back. Said there was no cab available in the region. I was told i'll be sent a mail. Even that facility was drwan back from me.

    You have just held me to ransom. Its the worst cab service in the world. This is terrorism. I would like to log a complaint with the Consumer court

    Default Easy cabs are ridiculous

    I have had two pathetic experiences with EASY CABS in Delhi. On one ocassion cab arrived 15 minitues late - nealy missed my flight. On the second ocassion it did not come at all and I missed my flight. On both ocassions there was no intimation. When I tried to call their telephone number it indicated a waiting time of 16 mins.

    Post Easy CAB service in Bangalore

    Worst cab experience i have ever experienced in Bangalore. I have booked for two CABS @ 3:00PM on 28th June, 2010. Customer care person confirmed the booking and provided the booking id as 002494/002493. I have booked the CAB for 8:00PM from BTM to City railway station. At 7:15 PM ie 45 minutes before the pick up they sent an SMS mentioning booking is cancelled both the booking due to unavailability of vehicle. Please do not opt for EASY CAB service they will ditch you in the last moment. They will take your booking and cancel at the last moment; will ensure that you do not have choice of any other cabs.

    Exclamation Avoid Easycabs

    We called Easycabs twice in one week and BOTH times they did not turn up. What is worse, they "automatically" cancel your booking without informing you. They work like old fashioned rickshaw wallahs, taking bookings but deciding to ply only the most profitable route at the last minute. Their call center executives are very unhelpful, especially one Rahul. Their drivers are arrogant and just say "Can't come, I am in traffic". We had to scurry to make last minute arrangements for railway travel for old people. Our SMS from TD-Easycab said booking id was B001811 but the call center exec said he needed a 10 digit booking id! They are unreliable and must be avoided. Meru and Celcabs are much better

    Even I have had a major issue.Please let me know if you recieve any further intimation.
    Probably we all can take this ahead together so that court has sufficient data to take an appropriate action!

    I've booked some times , even though heard they dont have good service, given try to see is it really, and yes, unfortunately it is!!!

    Last 2 times, I had to catch up morning flights, had bookings earlier day evening with confirmation SMS. but the nightmare started hen there was no sms with details of cab, neither any call even just before 15 minutes. called back to them, waited for call queue, and got answer" sorry, due to unavailability of cabs in your area, we can not provide you the same"... what a disgusting service !!!!! and as I had no option but to search for some kali peeli in the morning 5:15, suddenly seen an easy cab at my doorstep. Driver said he got booking just now as he was passing by !!!!
    Next time, I thought let's give one more try, this time, I've kept 15 minutes extra cover up time... just got lat minute SMS of sorryyy... I did not waste my time to call this worst service, and will never ever book an easy cab in future... Beware of this money minded association of so called customer friendly "easy" owners, they see only money, customer service is the least priority...

    Default Cancelled my booking after confirmation

    I booked easy cabs for a pickup from JP Nagar, 7th phase at 5pm. I even got a confirmation SMS. But the cab never showed up. On calling up, I was told that the pickup had been canceled because no cabs were
    available in that area. This was so frustrating - I was waiting with my family to catch-up a bus at Majestic. There was no reason for them to confirm the pickup via SMS if they are not able to provide the service, and they should have had the courtesy to inform me about the cancellation. Now, I decided to avoid Easy Cabs service.

    I had a similar experience.First I checked with Meru and MEGA cabs.Atleast these cabs service provider told me at the begining that there were no cabs available.But Easy Cabs assured that there would be a cab and it got cancelled at the very last moment.When I complained at their customer care they told this is as per their company's policy.I will never ever try this cab again.

    I had booked a cab for my family from K/Agrahara, BG Road to Cantonment Rly stn. on 21st Oct for 22nd Oct at 1630 hours. We were to travel to our home town for Deepawali.

    My booking Id was A102205713. I called couple of times in the morning on 22nd Oct as well to confirm that the cab would reach my place at the requested time. I was told yes and I would get a SMS 40 mins. before with cab and driver details.

    When I didn't get an SMS by 1600 hours, I called up the usual number (43434343) and again I was told my cab booking is in progress and I would get an SMS. Which I got eventually.

    But when I didn't get the cab, I called the driver's number which was provided to me (ending with 4000). On calling, a gentleman picked up and said it's not EASY CAB's number.

    Then, the process of calling started. First, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Then, after being put on hold for eternity, I was told my cab is cancelled. When I asked how can they do it and not even have the courtesy of informing, the guy on the phone replied they only sent a reference number and it's not actually the confirmation of booking.

    This means Guys, whenever you book (if at all you do), you will have to have couple of other cabs also booked simultaneously as Plan B or C. :-) AMAZING Isn't It!

    Last minute scrabble for taxis didn't work out to my advantage. However, the guy who tried at the last minute for a cab and sent it too was delayed and there was no way we could reach from Meenakshi temple to Rly stn. in 30 minutes flat and catch the train. So we had to cancel this as well.

    However, notice the difference, this guy called back and said sorry. And, was completely okay with my cancelling this cab. Atleast he tried to arrange the cab and had the courtesy to call back and apologize, most of all, talk politely and humanly.

    Which is very unlike EASY CABS, tell me friends, should this not be called UNEASY CABS..!! I am actually at loss of words for this horrendous and pathetic so called professional services.

    This is so very inconvenient.

    Easy cab management is highly unprofessional and they are unethical people. When I called for cab pickup at 8PM on 24th July 2011 from Vijayanagar, Bangalore to City railway station they asked me to call before 1 hour . They assured that cab will be arranged and no need to look for alternatives because I had clarified initially itself since distance was around 8 kms.

    So when I called at 7PM they told right now No cab is available and asked me to call again at 7.30PM

    Again I called at 7.30PM, this time it was the most frustrating response from the customer care person. Every time there was a new customer care person and will take the details again and again. He informed that since the distance was less than 10 kms they will not arrange for a cab even though cabs were present at that location. Finally I have to travel by Auto.

    As per my horrific experience, please DO NOT EVER trust Easy cab service (Meru is equally worst) . Both are highly unprofessional, not trustworthy, unreliable and not fit to be in travel industry. They will never show up as per your timings and will cancel your booking at the last minute without informing you and your travel plans will be jeopardised

    Default Pathetic Service by Easy Cabs, Bangalore

    I booked an easy cab for 24May 2012 at 7:30 am. At 6:54 am on 24th May I get a confirmation for the cab. At 7:25 am there is no cab in sight. I call up the number provided in the SMS and I’m given the drivers number. On calling the driver, he informs that he would not be coming and I need to call back the same person. I call back the same number, the person says I’ll see and after that no call. I had an exam to write at 9:00 am and I was left completely stranded by Easy Cabs. Never ever to book this again.
