    Angry Disgusting service - Easycabs

    I had booked an easycab on the day of a strike to ensure my parents would be able to catch their train without any problem. The cab was booked a day in advance and was due to report at 9 AM. i got the confirmation SMS which most of the people here received too.

    I called them at 8:15 and 8:45 and they said I would get the number of the driver in a couple of mins, unfortunately nothing of that sort happened. I finally panicked and asked them at 9 and a lady very coolly replied ' We cancelled it from our end'.

    Fortunately for us, the normal cabs were plying normally and they made it to the station on time.

    This clearly shows easycabs operates a conning service, employs the worst possible service representatives and couldn't care less if you missed you flight/ train or appointments. They should be banned from operating this scam.

    I have booked a cab on 17th Feb 2013 for travel from Kaggadaspura to catch a train starting 2PM. They have SMSed me booking id A021700352 and did not bother to respond till 1:45PM. I then called them to check the status of cab, they said they will check the system and respond which means they had no clue about this booking. They then send me another SMS at 1:50PM (scheduled start time is 2PM) regretting that they cannot arrange a CAB for me. I was in panic state as I have to desperately reach the station with my family and was running out of time. I finally managed to reach the destination on time by taking most expensive alternative and not without any struggle. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EASY CABS BANGALORE not even in my dreams. They are the worst customer care in the world. Beware if you are booking for a time constrained travel especially to Airports and Train Stations.
