I have booked a cab on 17th Feb 2013 for travel from Kaggadaspura to catch a train starting 2PM. They have SMSed me booking id A021700352 and did not bother to respond till 1:45PM. I then called them to check the status of cab, they said they will check the system and respond which means they had no clue about this booking. They then send me another SMS at 1:50PM (scheduled start time is 2PM) regretting that they cannot arrange a CAB for me. I was in panic state as I have to desperately reach the station with my family and was running out of time. I finally managed to reach the destination on time by taking most expensive alternative and not without any struggle. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EASY CABS BANGALORE not even in my dreams. They are the worst customer care in the world. Beware if you are booking for a time constrained travel especially to Airports and Train Stations.
