My name is Vimal and I am currently residing in Chennai. On the 1st of July, I had booked a cab through "Fasttrack Call Taxis" (+91-44-24732020). The cab was booked from Chennai Airport to Thoraipakkam at 10 AM.After completing the formalities, they provided me with a booking number (4963). As I hadn't received a call from the "Fasttrack" driver or the company about the location of the cab, I called them up at the scheduled time. At that point they refused to provide a cab citing the reason that we need to contact an alternate number. They even agreed that it was their mistake to book a cab and in spite of that they did not even bother informing us. This led to my friends and I being stranded at the airport for a considerable amount of time and deserve compensation from "Fasttrack Call Taxis" for the mental anguish suffered and inconvenience faced.
