I am holding PAN No.AFEPN5690L. I have not yet received refund of my income tax for assessment year 2007-2008.

I have followed up with the department so many times but in vain.

Dear Sandhya
Getting refund from IT department is not so difficult. You approach them with Original TDS certificate. If staff dont help then go to your Income tax officer. he will help you.
But practically to get an early refund, you need to spend about 5% of refund amount. then you will find refund process gets simpler.

Hi, This is Vidya. my PAN#ABCPW8402B. I have not yet received the refund for 07-08.
Tried calling assesing officer, ther is no response. Please help
