I could not file my tax returns for the period APR-08 to DEC-08. Despite the
repeated request for the Form16, My previous employer Grace System
Technology Labs (GraceLabs) did not show any interest in providing the
Form16.

I registered through tin-nsdl.com website and activated the login to view
Form26as, the tax credit details online. But this does not show up any
deposit from GraceLabs. So my attempt to get the information online to file
the return also failed.

I here by request your help to solve this matter.

Dear arun,

What record you have regarding the tds by your previous employer?do you have salary slip showing the deductions?

Do you know the income tax office under whose jurisdiction,your previous employer comes? Every employer is duty bound to submit the tds details to the concerned income tax office.Based on these only tds details appear in tin-nsdl.com.

from the available details presented by you, i feel either no deductions were made towards tds by your previous employer or they had not remtted it to the dept.
