I m a sinsere worker of seashore securities ltd. orissa, since feb.2009. i had given my full efforts for company devlopment because it's a orissa base company. but till date i m not received my TDS CERTIFICATE OF 2009-10 financial year. when i asked my senior they told that forget about the tds certificate,because the company gave u the salary. but seashore securities ltd. deduct @12% of my payment. then the company not provide me my tds certificate.
