Complaints against Income Tax Directorate, Kolkata for no action for my IT Form 16 for last 2 years:-

I have submitted compalinsts against M/s. Kesoram Industries Limited, 9/1, R N Mukherjee Road, Birla Building-8th. floor, Kolkata - 700 001 to Income Tax Department for necessary action towards release of Form 16 and take stern legal action to Mrs. Manjushree Khaitan - Director for such irresponsible & negligence attitude of her to the employees, as a result I am personnaly suffering for such whims of Director- Mrs. Manjushree Khaitan. Please take up the case and get me relief for necessary action towards my IT. Following mail is self explanatory:-

Subject: Complaint against M/s. Kesoram Spun Pipes & Foundries, Prop:
Kesoram Industries Limited, Industry House – 12th. Floor, 10, Camac
Street, kolkata – 700 017. For not providing of From 16 for the FY
2008 -09 & 2009-10 two successive years.

Dear Sir,

I beg to your personal intervention for the following facts:-
1. I worked from 2006 to 2009 at M/s. Kesoram Spun Pipes &
Foundries, Prop: Kesoram Industries Limited , Industry House – 12th.
Floor, 10, Camac Street, Kolkata – 700017, and its Regd. Office : 9/1,
R.N.Mukherjee Road, 8th. Floor, Kolkata – 700001.

2. Accordingly, I supposed to get & obtainable due IT Form no 16
for the year 2008-09 & 2009-2010.

3. But, after several letters, reminders, series of telephonic
calls for the Form 16, no action even after my strained all energies to
them.

4. As a result, it is till to date due to my IT Return for last
two financial year; and my track record are in the air, as for my duty
and commitment to the Society stands became worthless due to only such
rich people’s whims and neglects, like M/s Kesoram Spun Pipes &
Foundries (BK Birla Group - particularly Mrs. Manjushree Khaitan). We
are simple poor citizen with a good record for last 50 years but due to
their whims, finally we are victimized and sufferers in my age for
their such habitual ill motive attitude..

5. Please take examplinery & disciplinary stern action to M/s
Kesoram Spun Pipes & Foundries for such roguery / profligacy attitude
towards their ill motive to their employees as well as habitual
malpractice of Government regulations.

6. Finally, I would request you please arrange / retrieve for my
Form 16 for two years from the above named Company and get me release
and save from Mrs. Khaitan’s torture.
