Sir i m an agent of tata aig life, my tds certificate is submitted after all formalities by one ca assistant, but till date they have not returned my tds for the year 2006-07, submitted in 2008 in guwahati, assam circle office. I have their receipt copy.

Now what can i do to recover the same, as i have consulted them personally. The dealing assistant is not coperative.
