Hi There,

I have a issue here and want a suggestion to how can i make things work out for us.

I have applied to register a company in Uttrakhand 3months ago on 27th July 2009.
The CA has promised to complete the documentation for us in Rs.30000 and do all the
necessary work within couple of weeks including name approval and registration and
all what was necessary.

Now almost 3months are going to be completed and we are only able to get our
companies name approved ( for which we had to pay Rs.1000 extra).

And whenever, we try calling the CA he is never available in his office(always out
of station), and never pick his calls up and we have to deal with his assistants
which is never satisfactory..

Please suggest me what can i do in this condition and how can i make registration
process move quickly?
