    Default Complaint against Irresponsible IRCTC server and website during tatkal

    Dear sir,
    IRCTC website nowadays very irresponsible due to agent booking, bulk booking like that. I couldn't book a single ticket from their site during tatkal opening time i.e., from 7.50am to 9.50am on everyday. Not only me everybody suffering like that. Due to that I suggest that please try to take against bulk booking by unknown agent persons, bulk booking persons or just block the website server or try to improve the server with more speed and more storage capacity of irctc server. Think one thing please try to help people. We are the people suffering from that. Then immediately you will reply as we are already ordered regarding this. Don't try to argue like this because always you are try to cheating people like this statement. By order you are booking like that. But they are doing another trick for booking tickets. So far the website is very slow if you register as user in irctc website. But you will feel free if you register as agent. This is what they are doing trick. And they are also having softwares for booking. So, they don't have tension. But we are feeling trouble due to we can't use any software. We can't multiple login like that restrictions we are having. For your information, I just tried to book a single ticket from chennai egmore to srivilliputtur on 29-05-2012(today). I started and try to login from 7.50am to 8.05am. I can't able to login. If I try to use another browser to login means it says multi login are not allowed. Then I tried to book a single browser to login but I can't after 8.30am I could able to login only. And if you checked the seat available status. It not showing you the available tickets. It's happening from 8.35am to 8.45am. After 8.45am it says communication problem. Then once again(34th login try) I tried to login at 8.50am then it easily moved to that seat available status W/L71. And I click on the book option. It took once again logout. And it is 35th login I just see that status as W/L 78 at 9.00am.

    Please note that, in that mean while I checked with another website regarding seat available status. At 7.50am AVL 259, at 8.01am AVL 259, at 8.05am AVL 34, at 8.30am W/L 61, at 8.50am W/L 71 and atlast at 9.00am W/L 78.
    Please explain IRCTC organisation members, How you will book if you maintaining our irctc server like this. We are not just requesting. We are ordering you to try to improve server response due to we are paying. Not only agent is paying you mind this. And always people are troubling while tatkal booking opening time. 8.01am to 9.00am. This is the worst and worry state of a government organisation handling. I hope this complaint will reimburse our freedom in ticket booking.

    Default Bad server - IRCTC , Even regular tickets

    Hi,
    This is to bring to your notice the issues i faced with IRCTC site. I just made a booking for a ticket and although it was very slow i could reach till payment screen. However, after i entered the payment details and clicked submit, it did not complete the transaction. Even money has also debited from my account. This is very disappointing. This has happened couple of times today and i just gave up now. After trying for four hours using HIGH Speed internet of 4 MBPS.

    I have noticed that the website speed issue has been continuing for a long time now as well, for couple of years. It is extremely frustrating to book a ticket through IRCTC. What is IRCTC or Ministry of Railways doing to improve this website performance? This is just RIDICULOUS, waiting for 1 hour to book a single ticket!!!
