I am working in an firm for last 2 yrs in Gurgaon, I was always ill treated / abused by the Employeer although on completion of the assignments appropriately, today I was force / humiliated to leave the office premises with 2 options:

Opt 1: I have to resign.
Opt 2: Employer will terminate my job.

What are the can you suggest? What should I do at this situation?
