I was staying in house 12-7-168/3 , Mettuguda, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. I was having the cable connection from SHREE CABLE AGENCY of same area dully paying the advance money of 500 Rs with monthly rental of 150 Rs. In 20th nov, 2011, I closed my connection as I was transffered to New Delhi. Even 2-3 times I told the cable operator to refund the balance amount of Rs 350 after deducting Rs 150 (rent for november month) but he refused to return balance money (Rs 350) without any proper reason.
