I had booked my 18packages of house hold items from Gurgaon to Pondicherry on 16.06.2011 through Allied Lumier Movers & Packers but I recd. only 12 packages on 7th July,2011. On checking with their Gurgaon office I was told that I will be compansated by cash but till date neither I have recd. my materials nor cash. And now they do not take my call . Also they do not respond to my mail. And they are not bothered. Since last 4 / 5 months I am posting my complain to various consumer forum site ; Also I have sent a notice to the transporter but of no use. And slowly now I have started getting myself convinced that CONSUMER DOES NOT HAVE ANY POWER. IT IS THE SUPPLIER /MANUFACTURER WHO ALWAYS WINS BECAUSE HE HAS THE MONEY POWER. All this consumer forum etc. seemed to be of no use. If any body is having different opinion please respond I will love to discuss my case with him.
