I am having unpleasant experince with airtel broadband and i am getting no response what so ever. but i am being made to run from
pillar to post.
below is the breif of my harrowing experinece
I contacted customer care on 27/02/12 for internet not working for me and after a while they gave me 12219428 as service request number and told that it would be resolved by 27/02/12 14:24. but i didnt get any call\techinician visit, so i again called on 01/03/12 this time around they gave me again a new service request number 12368680 and told that it would be resolved by 02/03/12 16:30.
after a while i used to get a call from one or the other execute stating that my service would be activated but that never happened.
Now though the service is not active for the past 5 months to my surprise i got a mail from airtel execute to pay the dues(1062 Rs) which is not acceptable, since the service itself is not active how can one claim service charge. i want the concerned authorities to look in to it and bring this trauma of mine to an end also i want them take away the devices(telephone,modem) at the earliest from my residence as i have no intension to revive the service either.

The tiles have been found defective, infact some concerned person from the company itself had visited the site and he accepted that tiles were defective. We are extremely dissatisfied with the fact that such kind of defective material is found from such a reputed company. We purchased your material with the fact that it ia quality certified ( dont forget that same tiles are available in the market at extremelly low prices as compared to prices you gave).
Infact, chemical and labour force of around 50 thousand have been wasted only because of your mistake.
Therefore, i demand to replace my defective tiles with remineration of wasted chemical and labour given back to me.

I was using broadband connection under number : 01294124514 till 25th of September (bill cleared for that billing cycle). I changed this connection to other number: 01294033314. This was done because the representative who sold me the previous connection came to me and mentioned that you can upgrade your connection to 4 Mbps by having a new connection. Representative name: Hitesh Sethi, contact number: +919873443776, email address: hiteshsethi93@gmail.com
He mentioned that he will get the old connection closed so that I don't have to pay for the old connection. I agreed and paid him money and gave him papers required for new connection. I got the new connection in my home and got the old disconnected from the field engineers on same day. After this I confirmed with HItesh that old connection has been closed (There was no way I could test it myself as the wires were already replaced). He even conferenced a call to some lady who confirmed that this has been done in back end. I was convinced and closed this matter with the representative (Hitesh). I even got calls twice from the Airtel retention team about the closure and I told them that I am closing this connection just to get a new connection. Matter closed.
Now, my connection has been barged and the reason customer care gave me for this is that I have not paid amount for my old connection from 27th September to 17th October, 2012.
Now my concern is why shall I pay for a connection that I am no longer using? If there was any mistake that was on Airtel's side, because I cleared my bills before getting a new connection and confirmed that my connection was discontinued.
The pending amount is Rs. 584, for which I even got a bill. After receiving this bill, i called customer care and cleared the issue. I spoke to Manjit (female) for this, interaction number: 1156655045. She said that I can ignore the bill which is what I did.
I even spoke to customer care today, Executive name: Ruby, interaction number: 183247602.
Please take an action on this immediately and get this amount waived off.

Hi,
I am a consumer of Airtel's landline/broadband services and facing lot of issues for the past 15 days with the service.
There are 2 primary issues what I am facing:
1. Broadband speed not as per plan: Recently (effective 14 Nov 2012) my plan was upgraded to "Rapid 30GB 1599". But even after 15 days, the speed has not been upgraded as per the plan at all. I have called Airtel plenty of times and I am always given a new commitment for getting the issue resolved. I was given an Interaction ID for this complaint - 185748815. I came to know from Airtel's engineer, that Airtel has upgraded the plan but something called "profile" has not been upgraded at the local airtel center or something. How I as a customer supposed to know the internal working of Airtel? I don't think it's my responsibility to get the internal process of airtel completed i.e to get the profile upgraded.
Expected resolution: Please get my download speed upgraded as per the plan ASAP and make the bill prorated based on the date on which this issue is resolved. If the speed can not provided at 8Mbps, then please revert to my old plan and get it reflected in the bill as well.
2. Landline not working: For the last one week, the landline is not working. I am getting a dial-tone, but numbers are not getting dialled at all. Also, there is too much noise in the line. I have a Request number from Airtel - 25043568. First I was told that this problem is because of instrument without checking at all. Then I tested 4 different instruments on the same line one after another and the problem was still there. Also, this problem is not continuous, but it remains most of the time during the day and suddenly gets rectified for 1-2 hours or so. And then start showing up again.
Expected resolution: Please get this rectified as soon as possible and get a proper inspection done from engineer.

I want to register a complaint against Naaptol.com
- I have purchased 'Silvania Touch Screen Tablet 7" ' from Naaptol.com on the 17th of September 2012.
- My order No. @ Naaptol was 4955317.
- I received my product on via Aramex courier within 1 week (approx. on 25th September 2012), which was structurally defective so I contact them on the 2nd day and they ask me to wait for a call back from vendor who call me after 2-3 days and after multiple try they ask me to send that product for replacement).
- I sent that product back on 3rd or 4th of October 2012 for a replacement and in return they send me another piece of the same product within 1 week.
- But this second product was also functionally not good (WiFi was not working, Applications are taking too long to open and JPG pics are not opening), so I ask them for a refund, they assure me that they will give a refund and so I returned that product on 15th October via bluedart and clearly mentioned them that I want a refund and No more replacement.
- But they again sent me another Tablet on 19th October (3rd Piece) which was their fault and not mine. So, when i called them for inquiry they told me that they already have sent another product and they can't start my refund process until they will receive that product back. They also asked me to refuse and return the 3rd product which they sent by Aramex.
- So on 25th October when received that 3rd product via Aramex by shipment No. 4399184274, I refused it and asked Aramex to return the product which Aramex has returned back on 2nd November and when I called to Naaptol on 3rd November I have been assured that They have received the product and they have started the procedure for a refund and I will receive my refund within in 21 days. But when I called them on 13th November to know the updates of my refund process they told me that they haven't received that returned product yet and as soon as they will receive it, they will start refund process.
- This surprised me a lot. So I contacted Aramex and asked for updates of my courier and Aramex told me that they have surely returned that product. So I again contacted Naaptol on the same day and they confirmed that the refund process is in progress and I will receive my money back by cheque by 23rd November.
- But I was not satisfied with their response so I again called the on 19th November to know the status update and with surprise they have again told me that My returned product has not reached to them yet and so refund process has not started.
- So I again called Aramex courier services and ask them for POD (Proof of Delivery). Within 24 hrs I got a proof of delivery. I checked that POD and it has all the necessary information. The Return shipment was sent to Naaptol by AWb No. 4351137722. And that was signed and stamped by Naaptol employee. So I immediately sent that POD on 21st November to Naaptol on POD.backoffice@gmail.com and Support@Naaptol.com . I also call them on 21st and 22nd November to ask them to acknowledge the receipt of that POD but I have been told that I will get a call back from their concern department within 48-72 hrs. But I never received a callback neither email.
- So, I called Naaptol customer care again and 1st talked with Sonia (Jr. Representative) and then Divya (Sr. Representative) about my complaint and they start same game again that you have to wait for 1 week to get a status update on your complaint. I told them clearly that I can't wait. You can at least confirm me that whether you have received the POD or not and wit all surprise they told me that They have received the email on 21st November but that email doesn't contain and POD. So I again check my sent folder and that same email did have the attachment of POD.
- I told DIvya that the email does contain an attachment. So if you have received the email then you must have POD as well, but she repeatedly denied about that. So, i sent the same email again to her. But meanwhile the phone got disconnected (or she disconnected Phone).
- I repeatedly asked them to send me all the updates regarding my complaint by email but they never listen.
- Now I am tired of this game. I don't see any intention of Naaptol to give my money back.
- I already spent 400 Rs on calling them. Because they never call me. So please show me the way by which i can get my money back. The total amount is 3,398 Rs.
- I have all the proofs available that justify that the product is already delivered to them.

Reliance digital tv is exploiting its customers by signal error or error 400 technique. When this thing appears on the screen, the customer has nothing to do but to call these thugs cc and get the compalint registered. They will give a complaint no. with promise to solve the issue within 48 hrs and also saying that their engineer will contact the customer. Modus operandi is they deduct the rs 175 from the account and the signal is corrected by them from their end. The moment the 175 is deducted customer is able to watch or view the channels. In this way they eat on the customer's account every now and then fooling the customer and prompting the customer to recharge again and again. This is the cycle they have adopted to earn money believing that the customer will never know the technique but by now every body has got how they function. They are just looting people in the name of digital tv service. I request all the relaince digital tv customers not subscribe their service as they are eating into our hard earned money by these tricks. They think the customer will recharge again and again and they will continue like this. Ever thought of why this particular DTH operator does''nt have any advertisment on paper or tv thats because these creatures are adopting fradulent techniques to get money. If they have given ads in media, tv, newspapers they would have become known party in these area and a known party has some obligation towards the society and the market. Hence they have no ads.
Overall this classless DTH service should be junked and people should go for either local cable service or some other DTH Service provider. Reliance is not reliable. A looting DTH service provider who eats into customers money.

My husband had ordered a Bajaj CGiX4 4 Burner Glass Top, Auto from Naaptol in the month of Nov 2013, we got the product after waiting for 2 weeks. When we opened the package after a day as we'd just moved into a new home. To our surprise it was a different product, it didn't have auto option. After 3 weeks of continues follow up finally they agreed to exchange the product. They asked us to courier the product with original packing, we did that. the supervisior had promised she will send us the within a week.
It's been a month, we haven't received the product yet. When I asked the customer service person at +91 922 353 7000
He said another department is handling the issue & we will hear in 2 to 3 weeks time, when I asked further questions he just disconnected the phone.
I don't understand why they even took the booking when they don't have the product. Naaptol us very unprofessional especially their customer service is pathetic. Now I have just wait without knowing when I will get the product, not sure if they we give me the product.
We don't have a stove at home as we just moved into a new, we thought Naaptol will delivered the right product on time, but unfortunately their service is very bad, not very well trained staff, they the conviction and integrity as a company itself, which reflect in their customer service.
Whom should we complain about such issues? I don't think I will ever dare to order anything in future through Naaptol.but as consumer I ve the right to get the product for which iv paid money 2 months back, they are just not responsive, responsible or proactive in any sense. What should I do, I'm ready to sue the company if required, please advise.

i bought new micromax a90s last month. it irritate by droping data connection everytime and sometime drop sim also.......
