I have a small problem in my exisiting Society. I would request you to kindly give me suggestion regarding that. Ours is just registered soceity, i.e 1 month old . I was the chief promoter ( as builder didnot give us the required help for getting registration )

I have received a letter from a member of the society (i.e shop owner in the basement of the building ) that they are doing renovation of their existing shop and together with that they want to construct a latrine/mori inside the shop , whereas we have a common latrine for all the shop owners inside the building premises. Our committe members have already said no to them , but they still insist to do that , what is the procedure whereby we can stop them by doing so, or we cannot do stop them by doing it. . Is there is any clause or rules in the bye laws or municipal corporation or any other authorities where by we can stop them in constructing the said latrine/mori/bathroom
