this is very shamefull to the bajaj auto linmited that its workshop in allahabad united automobiles has no any service engineeir to serve the vehicles , i serviced my bajaj xcd 135 on last date on 05/07/2011 , job card number 95704569 till date alternatively i approch the workshop and daily my vehicle is serviced by your so called skilled engineiers but the problam remains as usual , the lekage of engine oil could not be removed from the engine .
the cluth plate assembly has been burnet from the date of purchase 8 times , now the assambly changed on 14/07/2011 is about to burn , burning smelling is coming out . my vehicle is purchased on 18/07/2009 through united auto mobiles . on the payment of 50500 Rs .

i have expenced about 12000 Rs . in its servicing and repairing . this money is to much than the servicing cost of my car .
bajaj xcd 135 is completly fail bike . plz return my purchase ammount 50500 Rs . as soon as it may be possible , this is cheating by the bajaj automobiles to me and bajaj xcd 135 purchasers .
this is notice to the bajaj auto limited to start lagal prosiding for cheating the consumers .
